| Santa’s Delight Peppermint Bark |
| Ingredients |
| 1 lb. Plymouth Pantry Vanilla Almond Bark |
| 3/4 cup crushed candy canes (about 5 ounces total or 28 Starlight® mints) |

Line a cookie sheet with some waxed paper and set aside.
Melt Plymouth Pantry almond bark in microwave safe mixing bowl. Stir in peppermint candy. (Optional: Reserve 1/4 cup of peppermint candy to sprinkle on top). Spread onto cookie sheet. Cool; break into pieces.
